About Me

I’m a Brand Manager based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University, where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts. I lead and execute marketing campaigns through strategic development of marketing plans and materials. I specialize in building brand awareness, driving targeted audiences to the brand, achieving profitability, and long-term growth. I partner with leadership and franchisees to execute best practices and benchmark marketing needs in order to support the overall brand strategy. 

I’m custom to preforming in a deadline-driven environment with an emphasis on print and digital marketing. I partner with clients, propose organized and clear ideas, present final products, and market seasonal campaigns. Currently I am the Brand Manager for Zoup! Eatery where I manage all brand concepts, campaign development, and lead creative processes.

This includes:

• Develop quarterly campaign and marketing initiatives

• Build effective working relationships with franchisees and vendors to translate franchisee’s needs into action

• Manage brand identity and local store marketing across 70+ locations. Including: exterior building signage, interior seasonal POP, packaging, vehicle wraps, social media, web assets, digital menu boards, campaign print materials, photo editing and retouching

• Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and projects against budget, quality standards, and brand standards using UTMs and Google Analytics

• Print vendor management and store print material distribution

• Closely collaborate with Marketing Agency and marketing associates to oversee all social media content and creative assets

• UX design and customer facing management for zoup.com, zoupfranchise.com, enjoymaclove.com and goodtheoryeatery.com

• Copy-write, design and send communication to 94K+ email subscribers and 53K SMS subscribers

• Analyze marketing SMS and email performance and increased click-through rate by 12% and conversion rate by 8%

• Streamlined brand asset creation by creating reusable components, reducing design time by 18%

• Organize & direct photoshoots with photographer and food stylist

• Interfaces with industry and professional organizations to increase awareness of the brand and expand networking opportunities

• Create internal communication displayed through sales decks in Powerpoint

• Present clear and effective marketing strategies to Franchisees and leadership on a monthly basis

When I’m not designing I’m painting, drawing, going on adventures with my dog Mila, kayaking, camping, scouring vintage markets, accomplishing home improvements, gardening or spending time with my family.
